1. Yes, this is required. Dardi Limousines & Sedans is a fully licensed & insured livery service with California’s Public Utilities Commission TCP19444-P.

6. Our vehicles are available 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Please call the toll free number for more information.

7. Charges are incurred starting at the pick up location, and ending at the final drop-off location (in some cases driving time applies). The balance (minus the deposit) will be charged to the customer’s credit card or paid to the driver, unless other prior arrangements have been made.

8. There is a three hour minimum in most cases, including nights out on the town and weddings. Exceptions exist for airport transfers and most corporate services. Please call us with specific questions regarding hourly minimums, and we will tailor the trip to your needs.

9. Clients of legal drinking age (21 in the U.S.) are invited to bring their own alcoholic beverages during the voyage. Most of our stretch limos feature a bar with fine crystal glasses. Our in-car bars also come equipped with an ice chest and free non-alcoholic drinks.

10. Cash is always accepted; however, we require a credit card on file to hold/secure a reservation.

11. Use the online reservation form, or call our office with your credit card number. For new customers, your credit card will be charged on the date that you book your trip. For established accounts in good standing, the voyage will be charged once it is complete. If your trip requires a deposit, i.e. proms, weddings, special events, the deposit will be charged on the day that you book your trip. If you would like to pay by check, we still require a credit card number to hold your reservation. All personal check payments must be received 10 days before your event. Please contact us for information about the establishment of a new corporate account.

12. For your convenience, a 20% minimum gratuity will be added to each luxury limousine service. The gratuity is based on the ride’s total price, and billed to the deposit, along with the balance due on arrival. Any additional tip may be given directly to your driver, or by calling us at 408-568-4000.

13. Unfortunately, our customers must accept full financial responsibility for any reckless behavior resulting in part of the limousine being damaged. Before the trip, our courteous drivers will provide instructions regarding proper use of the limousine’s lighting, radio/stereo/DVD equipment, and interior components, including the upholstery. Also, San Jose Limo reserves the right to charge a fee for any unreasonable mess or spillage that requires the vehicle to be professionally cleaned.

14. No smoking in any San Jose limousine vehicle. The entire fleet is non-smoking. If during an event or any other Limo service the customer needs to smoke, our drivers have been instructed to find a safe area to allow our customer to do so. Any passenger found smoking in the vehicle/limousine will be asked to put out the cigar/cigarette, and the customer will be subject to a $100 charge per incident.

15. If you have not already called us, we will immediately let you know if someone in your party has left something of value in the limousine. Please call our support staff at 408-568-4000 to ask about a missing item.

16. We have a great collection of CDs onboard the limo, but we recommend that you bring your own favorite music with you. We have ice as well as non-alcoholic beverages on board. Passengers over 21 are allowed to bring along their favorite alcoholic beverages. Many guests also bring their cameras to preserve their special memories from their trip.

17. No problem! You may continue your limo reservation, provided that yours is the final reservation of the day for that vehicle. Just check with the driver, and we will do everything possible to keep your party going.
